Normally myself and my Asawa stay with Red planet. But this time we decided to try somewhere new as red planet has gone down hill in Respect of staff attitude.. Super OYO 604 .. Chateau Cinco Dormitel is now definitely our always go to hotel as of now STAFF . So friendly and helpful, and so polite ! I hate GCash payment so the girl on reciption did it all for us with my phone. No hastel.. The room ..so clean and wow surprisingly sooo quiet .we even parked right outside our window.. When ever we went out we always had a space when back to park It's in a Guarded Sub division.. check point in and out and the guards on duty..as always..so very polite and respectful.. The subdivision is lovely, well kept , very pieceful yet only 1 minutes drive to the main road , you hear no traffic at all . In 6 year's here , and many stays in Davao this is without doubt our favorite, quiet , restful.. relaxing place to stay. Thanks staff ..we are returning to you again in three months time .. Ps .. bed ..so comfy. Old style Aircon but don't be fooled it's super super cold if you need it ... excellent. And once checked in no bother your left alone .. Brilliant brilliant.. we loved it .. Salamat kaayo.. Mr and Mrs Jeremy Collin, polomolok, South Cotabato..

They have an excellent internet speed that ranges from 80 Mbps to 130 Mbps. They gave me a quiet room because it's the farthest room (away from noisy guests) and they are located in a quiet neighborhood. Their staff assisted me in getting a taxi at 4:00 AM because I had an early flight at 6 o'clock in the morning. Since it's pretty close to the airport I made it on time at the check-in counter before it would close. It's near Damosa IT Park so there are shops and restaurants that are open 24/7 and I love the newly opened Starbucks branch with a drive-thru option. I bought my essentials at SM Lanang which is within walking distance if you're not in a hurry.

I arrived a bit late here but I was still greeted and assisted by the hotel staff. They're very kind. There are two single beds in my stay. I was kinda expecting a large bed instead but I just connected the two. I particularly loved the hot shower. The air-conditioning was nice. Also, head's up for anyone booking here, there's actually a pathway that you can take to get here along Mamay Road. You don't want to follow the Google Map's direction to go through Maharlika Hiway and Carmelite Road which will take you further.

Mess

The lovely peaceful neighborhood location surrounded by trees. Decent sheets and towels, friendly facilitative staff. Sound insulation through the walls seemed very good. A terrific smart TV if you're into that. No strong chemical 'air freshener' spray which is a big plus for me. It's a pretty simple and tasteful place, not perfect but good value for money if you're on a budget. I'd definitely stay again, it does it's job well.

This hotel is a great value. 220 php grab ride from the airport. Wifi is strong enough for the phones. Woke up to no noises, aircon is working very well, and floors are spotless, as well as sheets are very clean with no stains. They are available late night and answer questions with friendly communication. I think booking prices are different for everyone, I booked under 900 php for the night.
